Sneak Peak: 2021 Calendar

This coming year the WRRB calendar will look a bit different! The WLWB will be collaborating with the WRRB to create a joint calendar for 2021! This year’s theme is ‘Who we are, and what we do’ to give you all a snapshot of the work that goes on in both offices, special projects we work on, areas of overlap, and when/where we collaborate. There will also be beautiful pictures, many of them taken by WRRB and WLWB staff during site visits, Surveillance Network Program Training (SNP), Tłı̨chǫ Aquatic Effects Monitoring Program (TAEMP) ‘Fish Camp’, research trips, and staff retreats out on the land. We hope that with the beautiful visuals from around the Northwest Territories, most within Wek'èezhìı, we can not only showcase the beauty of the region we work in and protect, but also give you a deeper understanding of the passion we have for the work we do. As always, our calendars will be available in December, and you can pick one up at the community offices in Gamètì, Whatì, Wekweètì, and Behchokǫ̀. You can also get one at the WRRB and WLWB offices in Yellowknife by calling ahead to arrange for pick up, as we may still be under COVID-19 restrictions.
